Ana Martínez is a Consultant at Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate in Madrid.
She joined the firm in 2015, working as a Consultant for seven years. Ana rejoined Seeliger y Conde in 2023 from Iberia Líneas Aéreas, where she was the Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for the company’s recruitment team.
Previously, Ana developed her career as a Consultant at the executive search firm Rosón de Beas, from 2007 to 2011, and at the multinational executive search firm Alexander Hughes from 2011 to 2015.
Ana started her professional career in the financial sector working for companies such as Allfunds Bank and Société Générale Asset Management and for the venture capital fund Investindustrial as Deputy Financial Director.
Ana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from CEU San Pablo University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from UNED.
