She started her professional career at Adecco Group. In 1999, she joined Soluziona Telecomunicaciones where she worked as a Recruiter until 2007. After that professional experience, she worked as a Recruitment Manager at Asesores y Gestores International Recruitment Firm until 2017.
María Benito holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Autonoma University of Madrid. She also has a Master Degree in Coaching, NLP and Emotional Intelligence.
