Marta Garrigues joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Partner in 2014.
She has more than 15 years of executive search and leadership consulting experience developed at Ward Howell, Korn Ferry.
She has a generalist profile and she leads searches for the professional services, technology and media sectors. She also participates in projects focused on the identification of talent and the creation of succession plans, with a wide international scope.
She began her professional career at Algoritmos Procesos y Diseños SL, a Spanish hardware/software developer, as Manager of International R&D Projects funded by the European Commission.
She is also a member of the board of the SyC Foundation, focused on advising companies on disability issues and implementing non-discriminatory and fully inclusive diversity policies.
Marta Garrigues has a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resources.
