Pablo Cavero
Senior Partner

Pablo Cavero joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Partner in 2016. He is more specialized in the Financial practice, as well as in other sectors due to links to Private Equity investees, Management Audits, and searches on Boards of Directors.

His professional career has been linked to the Barclays Group in Spain and Europe for nearly 20 years, holding different management positions. Among others, he has been Director of Strategic Planning for Europe, and Commercial and Business Development Director for Retail and Corporate Banking in Spain, and member of the Management Committee and various Councils.

In January 2012 he was appointed Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of the Community of Madrid, and in September of the same year Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Housing, and President of the Madrid Regional Transport and Metro Consortium.

He was subsequently elected Councilor of the Madrid City Council by the Popular Party in May 2015. He has chaired the Economy and Finance, Special Accounts, Member of the Environment and Mobility Commission and Councilor of the EMT.

Pablo Cavero has a degree in Business Administration and Economic Sciences from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas - ICADE, with postgraduate studies at INSEAD and an AMP from Harvard. He studied with a scholarship (Erasmus) at ESSEC, Paris
